A set of requirements to be satisfied to register an account.

recipients: allowlist;Whether a certain sender can only register an account with its same ID. Only makes sense for cross-chain transfers.
require_same_address: boolean = 0;Whether all assets can be sent.
If true, asset_limits won't be parsed - minimum amounts cannot be set.
allow_all_assets: boolean = 0;What minimum amounts of each assets must be sent to register an account.
